Multi-Vehicle Crash Backs Up Route 9 In Waretown

A multi-vehicle crash had traffic backed up on both sides of Route 9 in Waretown Tuesday afternoon.

Early unconfirmed reports said as many as four vehicles were involved in the crash near Lighthouse Drive just before 2 p.m., a fire department dispatcher said.
